According to a widely quoted analysis from 2025, 20 percent of custom built AI tools reach the pilot stage, yet only 5 percent reach production. The bottleneck is not the model, it lies in data maturity, in fitting the tool into daily work and in operations afterwards. Those three things are exactly what we do.
