How you leave, if you ever want to
You keep your rights, your data and your models throughout the contract. If you decide to leave, we hand over models, data and configuration in a documented format, within a period named in the contract, at no cost. The process is published here, not negotiated after the fact.

The process
Notice given
You give notice in writing, as set out in the contract. No justification required.
Export package prepared
We assemble model weights, data, configuration and documentation into the agreed, documented format.
Handover call
We walk your team through the package, so nothing arrives as a surprise on the day it lands.
Confirmation
Both sides confirm the handover is complete, and access on our side is revoked.
We would rather lose you cleanly than lock you in. An exit process only means something if it is written down before you need it, which is why it sits here, in the open, not in a clause you find at the end of a contract.
