AI compliance and the EU AI Act, explained for operators

We are not a law firm. We track the deadlines and duties that apply under the EU AI Act and tell you what affects your case, in plain terms, tied to the systems we build or operate for you. This is not legal advice, the classification is what we deliver.

Risk categories, what they mean in practice

CategoryWhat it means operationally
Unacceptable riskPractices such as social scoring or manipulative systems. Prohibited outright, we do not build these regardless of a customer request.
High riskSystems used in areas such as employment, credit or safety components. Documentation, human oversight and a conformity assessment are required before use.
Limited riskSystems that interact with people, such as a chatbot. A transparency obligation applies, people must be told they are dealing with AI.
Minimal riskMost internal tools: spam filters, internal search, drafting assistance. No specific obligation under the Act beyond general product law.

Where this sits in what we deliver

Tracking regulatory change is one of the four operating commitments behind every system we run for you, alongside response times, service hours and model maintenance. When a deadline or duty affects a system we operate, you get a notice and a classification of what it means for your case, not a generic bulletin.
