A worked example
A manufacturing customer with one production process in scope, existing on-premises servers, and document data already collected in one system typically clears the assessment in a week, reaches an internal pilot within 72 hours, and completes rollout for that single use case within the standard four to ten week window. A company with three use cases, data spread across five unconnected systems and no existing server capacity sits at the upper end of both the pilot range and the rollout timeline, because the additional weeks go into data connection work, not into the model itself.
What operations cost afterward
The packages above cover getting a system into production. Running it afterward is priced separately, as a base fee per service tier plus your actual infrastructure cost.
